Eagle Express’ 2024 is already shaping up to be one for the books! Why? Well, as you know by our most recent blog post, on January 1, 2024, we officially launched Eagle Express Austin – your trusted local Austin delivery service.
As with all beginnings, we must start, well, at the beginning. That’s what these next few blogs are about: getting to know us. After all, that’s where any good relationship begins: in the getting to know each other.

Let’s dive right in:
Eagle Express courier service been operating in Texas for more than 40 years. Our roots began in DFW in the 1980s. Ah, what a great time it was! All orders were hand-written, taken over the phone. We mainly served the urban areas of downtown Dallas and downtown Fort Worth. As the Metroplex boomed, so did we. Our service area was rapidly growing. Today, we deliver all throughout DFW (Richardson, Cedar Hill, Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Arlington, Carrollton, Plano, Mansfield, Southlake, Haltom City, North Richland Hills, Prosper, Celina – we go everywhere!
Early on, we started serving clients needing out of town deliveries. This meant our couriers were frequenting the major cities throughout Texas – Austin, San Antonio, Houston, El Paso, Lubbock and more. Austin started to become our home away from home. We knew we wanted to establish a home office there, and 2024 was the year to bring that dream to life.
We care. This isn’t a marketing gimmick or something we say because it’s catchy and in-vogue. Our care makes us who we are. We care about our customers. We care about the cities we live in and serve. We care about the items we deliver, whether it is one package or hundreds of pallets. We believe in honesty first. We believe that excellent customer service comes from real people with real investment in their work. This time-tested care model has been proven over and over again. We have client loyalty that goes back to our founding days…. because we care, and our customers know it. We don’t pass the buck. We do what we say we will do. We operate with excellence. · We serve many. Occasionally I still meet people who mistakenly think that couriers only deliver legal documents. Allow me to dispel the myth?? We do more than legal documents – so much more!
