A few weeks ago, unbeknownst to us, some of our online quote requests got lost in cyberspace. We don’t know where they went, but we do know they never made it to our team’s inboxes.

If you were one of those potential customers, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience. We never intended to ignore your request for a quote, and we are sorry that you did not hear from us in the timely manner we hold ourselves to.

Please know that we have resolved the technology issues. We have multiple new fail-safes established to ensure this situation does not occur in the future.

Additionally, please know that if you ever can’t reach us through our website or all (like I mentioned – technology isn’t perfect!), please know we are ALWAYS available via telephone. We will answer, day or night. We have been doing that since our founding 40 years ago! Yes, even if you need to call at 3am for a middle of the night delivery. We will answer.
