Don’t Stress! (Especially About Your Dallas Trucking Logistics)
April is National Stress Awareness Month, and, in case you’re wondering, that doesn’t mean you should just be aware that you’re stressed. (That’s every month of the year!) The month of April is, instead, dedicated to bringing attention to negative stress in our lives and offering ways to manage that stress. Did you catch that we said, “negative stress”? It’s important to make that distinction, because some stress is necessary. Brief increases in hormones and heart rate are essential to our healthy lives. Exercise, for example, is positive stress, and we welcome that- especially as we’re working to reduce stress in our daily lives.
